Josh Van Joffee

I have been teaching elementary school since 2001, first as general classroom teacher grades 1-3, and then as a music teacher since 2006. While teaching 2nd and 3rd grade, I saw how much children struggled to memorize their multiplication facts. But as a music teacher, I experienced the magic of how quickly kids can learn the lyrics to a song! Drawing from these experiences, I began writing the songs that were to become Skip’s Counting Jams. These songs have shown actual results for so many of my students and have been appreciated by their teachers and parents as well. I hope you find them helpful as well.
